Serving as a Senior Program Analyst, I analyze and manage cost, schedule, and performance baselines for over $200 million in support of the Tomahawk Missile Systems Obsolescence IPTL. I prepare and review critical acquisition documentation, including SOWs and BOEs, while ensuring all contract data deliverables comply with NAVAIR and DoD standards. Additionally, I support the IPT Lead’s daily execution of program activities, managing the identification and mitigation of risks associated with technical obsolescence.
Operating as an Associate, Product Support and Project Manager, I provided complete lifecycle project oversight for defense IT acquisition and logistics sustainment consulting. I spearheaded the development and management of the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan for a cleared program under the Middle Tier of Acquisition pathway. Furthermore, I leveraged technical expertise to develop innovative solutions for complex defense contracts and managed risk mitigation utilizing the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities Management Tool.
Acting as a Project Manager and Integrated Product Team Lead, I led a 7-person laboratory operations team of test engineers and technicians supporting RDT&E projects for the USMC’s H-1 aircraft fleet. I successfully led a $40M software integration lab to achieve fully operational capable (FOC) status and managed an annual $3.5M budget for program engineering. I also directed the testing and integration of new systems, overseeing hardware installation and software validation before release to the fleet.
Serving as a Program Manager and Division Head, I led a 20-person team managing multiple training programs and coordinated the synchronization of administrative procedures across all operations. I increased the timeliness and accuracy of program execution by more than 10% through improved communication of standards and policies. By monitoring program statistics and student pipelines, I proactively corrected potential staffing shortages and mitigated delays in training delivery.
As a Logistics Manager and Department Head, I assessed stakeholder requirements and oversaw demand planning to sustain production operations and meet customer needs. I transformed the organization's compliance audit passing rate from 60% to over 90% by creating internal audit processes and accountability initiatives. Additionally, I planned and managed logistics support for training programs involving over 250 employees, delivering all necessary equipment and supplies to remote sites.
