As a Field Engineer IV, I apply advanced engineering principles to the research, design, and testing of military weapon systems. I serve as a primary Subject Matter Expert for the F-35 platform during complex Test and Evaluation (T&E) events. A major milestone in this role was single-handedly executing all F-35 Safety-of-Flight (SOF) tests at Edwards AFB, Nellis AFB, and Yuma MCAS. Additionally, I support TEMPEST testing for national security compliance and utilize Agile methodologies to assist in full-lifecycle software development.

Appointed to Operational Research Analyst, where I managed the execution of comprehensive test plans for the AH-1Z and UH-1Y platforms while ensuring strict adherence to NAVAIR standards. My tenure was marked by high adaptability, including successfully backfilling the Integration Engineer position to maintain project continuity. I developed sophisticated test procedures and collaborated with stakeholders to resolve critical defects. For my dedication to the H-1 platform, I was honored with the "Gunfighters of the Quarter" award.

Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for F-35 Mission Systems, I specialized in expert-level avionics and mechanical troubleshooting. I conducted vital regressions on mission system components and provided oversight for Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (EEE) tests at the Naval Electromagnetic Radiation Facility. I also managed complex tenant aircraft programs, covering technical compliance and fuel surveillance. My leadership was recognized with a nomination for the "Courage to Care Champion Award".

Selected as a Field Support Engineer, I performed intricate troubleshooting on the F-35 platform using advanced diagnostic tools like the Time Domain Reflectometer. I played a key role in mitigating electromagnetic interference during NERF testing and utilized Joint-Services Technical Data for complex analysis. My dedication earned me the "Star of the Month" award and three separate commendations from the PAX ITF site director for outstanding work ethics.

My foundational career in the U.S. Navy involved managing maintenance and manpower for over 200 personnel as a Government Ground Flight Representative. I improved fleet readiness by issuing corrective actions for regulatory non-compliance and served as a lead liaison for contractor maintenance oversight. A significant achievement included training 178 personnel on the MH-60S platform and receiving a Letter of Commendation for rebuilding four aircraft to full mission capability.
